“Aloha! My name is Kristi Silvestre, a certified massage therapist who specializes in Clinical Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Release, and
Graston Technique. I am a Lake County native, whose fulfilling massage therapy career began in 2006 in the Bay Area, following a brief time in the athletic training and personal training fields. I joined the Integrated Health team in 2018 and am delighted for the opportunity to share my expertise with our community.

My educational background includes the following: a BS in Human Performance with a concentration in Athletic Training from San Jose State University in 2001 and a MS in Kinesiology and Leisure Science from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in 2003. I continued my education and completed a 500 hour massage therapy certificate program at Body
Therapy Center in Palo Alto, CA in 2006, qualifying me as Therapeutic Massage Practitioner, Sports Massage Therapist, and Clinical Deep Tissue Therapist.

The most satisfying aspect of my massage therapy journey is helping patients achieve their overall wellness goal. Whether this goal includes recovering from an accident or sport related injury, improving chronic conditions affecting overall health, achieving an athletic endeavor, or performing activities of daily living with more ease, I thoroughly enjoy being an integral part of the treatment plan. Working in collaboration with our Integrated Health team, I look forward to providing you with outstanding care and the tools to maintain a healthy, active life!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my loving husband and two beautiful, active daughters. You will find me watching my oldest in awe as she practices her favorite aerial art; climbing, wrapping,
and dropping from an aerial silk. I also love cheering on my youngest at her softball games and track meets. Other interests that provide balance in my life and help me thrive are CrossFit, dancing hula, wakeboarding, snowboarding, camping, baking, and cooking.”

Hey there! I’ve had a bit of a journey growing up, as my parents moved around quite a bit, but now I call Oroville, CA home. I finished high school a year early and jumped right into Massage Therapy School. Right after graduating from NHI Massage Therapy School, I found my place at Integrated Health. I chose to be a part of this team because I always wanted to work in a chiropractor’s office or a medical setting, and after meeting everyone here, it felt like joining a family. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me hanging out at home with my animals. What I really enjoy about Integrated Health is the awesome people I work with and the great atmosphere. If I could have a superpower, I’d definitely go with mind reading!

Allow me to introduce myself: I’m originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, and that’s where I grew up. In the past, I worked as a Massage Therapist at the Spa Wellness Center. Opting to be a part of Integrated Health was an easy decision for me, because I love helping people feel better. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family at home. What I really appreciate about Integrated Health is how my boss always supports and encourages me to learn new things. I truly enjoy working with clients, especially when I see them leave with a big smile after a massage. If I could have a superpower, it would definitely be teleportation! Just imagine how convenient life would be without commutes and with the ability to travel anywhere instantly.
