Do You Drink Enough Water?
As we wander through our day we take the kids to school, run errands, and go to work, constantly on the go. We stop at a coffee shop grab coffee or a soft drink in the line at the grocery store. By the end of the day we have forgotten to drink water and feel extremely dehydrated. Propitiously, water can help our bodies function more efficient throughout the day. Here are some ways water excels over other drinks:

- Prevents & alleviates headaches
- Makes your skin glow
- Aids in proper circulation of nutrients in the body
How do you know exactly how much water to drink throughout your day?

*You should adjust this number in accordance with the amount of exercise and climate temperature at which you live & work.
Our very own Kayla Palmer recommends finding a bottle or container that will be easy to track the amount of water you consume in. She stated that it was easiest solution for her, if she did not have to continue to refill a small 16 ounce bottle and remember how many times to fill it up she could simplify the process. So she goes with a large 50-60 ounce bottle and makes sure by the end of the workday she has drank the entire bottle.
